The house inspection was quick to book. The inspector was respectful and prompt. All external and internal areas were inspected including the roof space. Recommendation/tips was also provided on some maintenance items for future improvement. The inspection report was clear and concise delivered within 24 hours of the inspection time.

"Just in addition to your reply to Simon and Andy as we are related. First, I don?t know who Manny is. Adam was the inspector assigned by your team. I did try calling him several times, but there was no response or reply, so I contacted the office to get in touch with him. Adam eventually called me back. I explained the situation to him, and he said to either ask for around $30k for repairs or walk away. The vendor denied to negotiate on price looking at the report. Again i tried to contact him just to requested to include major defect details in the report, but no success. Could you please explain the purpose of carrying out a building and pest inspection if I still have to find someone else to identify and quote the repairs? I?m not saying the inspector has to provide repair quotes, at least he could have listed all the major and minor defects in the report. After all of this, your team offered me a 10% discount on a future inspection, which is of no use to me in this situation."

"I was very disappointed with the building and pest inspection report provided for my pre-purchase inspection by them. The report mainly listed a few obvious minor defects that anyone could easily notice during a normal walkthrough, but failed to properly explain or document the actual major defects of the property. The report marked ?major defects: yes? but provided almost no detail, no picture about what those major defects actually were. I personally noticed several additional issues around the house that were either poorly described or completely missing from the report. There was visible cladding falling off, yet there was no proper mention or assessment of it in the report. I did not pay for a basic checklist of minor cosmetic issues that I already knew about. I paid for a detailed professional inspection that would help identify hidden risks and give me confidence before purchasing the property. The report felt very surface-level and unfortunately came across as more favorable to the vendor than the buyer. If all defects had been properly identified and documented in detail, I could have negotiated a better purchase price. Without detailed evidence in the report, I was unable to negotiate or bargain effectively with the vendor, which defeated the whole purpose of paying for a professional pre-purchase inspection. I regret relying on the positive reviews, which now feel misleading. It appeared more like paid reviews, especially after receiving an email offering a gift card in exchange for leaving a review. Instead of focusing on collecting positive Google reviews, the company should focus on providing a more professional, detailed, and genuinely useful inspection service for buyers making important property decisions. I expected a far more thorough and detailed inspection for the amount paid and would not recommend this service for serious pre-purchase due diligence."

"Great service so far. The report was delivered in less than 24 hours after the inspection. Everything was organised on their end, so there was no stress with booking or appointments. We had a pre-slab inspection, and the report included clear images along with detailed notes. A minor defect was identified, which tells me they were very thorough in their inspection. They also included clear guidance on how to fix the issue. I?ve since forwarded the comments to my builder, and the issue has already been resolved. Looking forward to continuing with their services throughout my build!"
